1. Refund Eligibility

At Learning Guilds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your legal education purchase. You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not completed more than 30% of the course lectures
  • You have not downloaded course PDFs or study material for offline use
  • This is your first refund request for the same course

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

Request made after 7 days of purchase

More than 30% of course content accessed

Course purchased using promotional or discounted pricing (over 50% off)

Repeated refund requests for the same course

Account suspended or terminated for policy violations

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Send an email to support@learningguilds.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Order ID]"
  2. Provide Details: Include your registered email, order ID, course name, and reason for refund
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Receive Confirmation:You'll receive an email confirming the refund status

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • UPI Payments: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Wallet Credits and Referral Bonuses

Wallet credits earned through referrals are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a refund is processed for a course where wallet credits or coupons were used, only the actual amount paid will be refunded. The used wallet credits or coupon discount will be forfeited.

6. Course Exchange

Instead of a refund, you may choose to exchange your legal course for another course of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. For courses of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference. Course exchanges are allowed once per purchase.

7. Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical issues accessing your legal course videos or PDF materials, please contact our support team first. We'll work to resolve the issue. Refunds for technical issues will only be considered if we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe.
